HENRY Shirt
Henry Shirt is a classic Henley-style sweater featuring a slightly deeper front opening – a beautiful detail that gives the design a relaxed and modern look. The pattern can be worked either in sport-weight yarn for a lighter fabric or in a thicker yarn for a cozier version, making it a versatile wardrobe staple for summer as well as cooler spring and autumn days. The Henry shirt can be made with either short sleeves or long sleeves.
The shirt is worked seamlessly from the top down. First, the back yoke is worked, followed by the shoulders worked back and forth. Stitches for the sleeves are then picked up, and the body is worked together with the sleeves flat on a circular needle using a continuous knitting method. After the front opening is completed, the garment is joined for working in the round. The sleeves are worked seamlessly in the round.
