Herringbone Messy Bun Hat - BAMA MBH
This isn’t a difficult pattern, after you get used to alternating stitches and rows it’s pretty straight forward.
I don’t clip the yarn every row, I just carry it forward. The only time I clip and tie off is at the very beginning, if I am using three colors. I make the first row and the ribbing the same color, then use alternating colors for the main part of the hat.
If you use two colors, you just alternate the colors of the hat and you wouldn’t need to clip the thread.
If you have any questions about this hat, I will be glad to help in any way I can. You can find me on Facebook at Moziere’s Place.
