Hideaway
Hideaway is a top-down, seamless pullover with wide neckline, raglan sleeves and pockets.
The raglan lines are emphasized with a ribbed pattern, they frame the center panels of the body and the sleeves. The center panels are worked in a beautiful but easy to work textured stitch pattern. The ribbed pattern continues on the body.
The flying pockets are worked with fingering weight yarn in a contrasting colour.
The upper yoke is worked back and forth, the shoulders are shaped with short rows. Then the front neckline is shaped with regular increases simultaneously with the raglan shaping. After the completion of the neckline shaping the pieces are joined together and the lower yoke is worked in the round with raglan shaping.
After the yoke is complete, the body is worked in one piece to the pocket openings. The pocket front and the back are divided and worked separately to the bottom of the pocket openings then the pieces are joined again and body is worked in one piece to the hem.
The sleeves are worked in the round to the cuff.
