This is a very long lacy skirt perfect worn with leggings or a slip for summer. I used a size 10 thread double stranded, so any sportweight cotton should work great for this. Its worked with a lacy band which is sewn together and the rest is worked in rounds in the row ends of the waistband. Very subtle increases are made with the change of the pattern stitch so if you’re curvy I recommend going up a size if you dont want it to hug you. This would be very cute shortened to knee length stopping at the shells. Full written instructions are included up to the end of the shell rounds, with a description of how taper off the shells and add the diamond pattern, or just eliminate the shells with filet crochet. This was a custom request which is why there are no modeled pictures yet, but I will get some soon!
