Holly Fairy
This single crochet Holly Fairy afghan is a fun baby blanket for that unique and one of a kind friend! I used an 8ply yarn but a 10ply would also work, just size up with your hook.
This blanket can be crocheted either bottom up or top down and you can either carry the yarn within the work or carry the yarn behind the work on the RS and in front on the WS (fair isle) and then back the work to hide the thread. Those of you clever enough could learn to single crochet left handed so that the right side is always facing you - just takes a bit of practice! You can even cut your yarn at the end of each row and form the ends into tassels.
This blanket has been made using Stylecraft Special DK yarn.
Written instructions are bottom up so if you want to work from top down, just start from the bottom of the last page and work backwards.
Add a border of your choice or leave as is.
You purchase comes with a graph and written PDF patterns.
