These are going to be a huge hit this winter, with boys, girls, and adults all getting into the unicorn magic :) This pattern is for a kids size only (fits most kids ages 2-6 years old) with directions on how to adjust sizing for larger sizes.

This PDF includes 4 pages of written directions and pictures. The bulk of the project is knit, but there are elements that use crochet terms. All knit and crochet terms are US terms. This is suitable for a beginner- moderate knitter, but there is a wide range of techniques used (3-needle bind-off, loop stitching, and more that may be new to a beginner knitter). For detailed directions on these techniques, you can look to youtube for step-by-step tutorials.

This project takes about 3-4 hours, depending on your knitting speed and familiarity with detailing techniques. This pattern has been reviewed and tested, but I am only human.
