This brewed buddy is way more fun to squish until you’re ready to face the day, even if it isn’t as energizing as that first cup of coffee. If coffee isn’t your preferred beverage change the contrast color to highlight your favorite drink to kick-start your morning. Optional instructions for a rim are also included.

This little character can be knit up on any weight yarn. Be sure to choose needles that are 2-3 sizes smaller than the recommended size on the band of yarn.
You will need 110-120 yards for the main color, 20-30 yards for your beverage color, and 5 yarns for the mouth/embroidery.

Additional notions include:
Safety Eyes, stuffing, tapestry needle, plastic canvas (optional)

The red version of the mug was knit with the optional rim, using Caron Simply Soft on US1 needles and measures 5” tall, 5 3⁄4” diameter, and 10 3⁄4” wingspan.

The white version was knit with MC: Classic Wool Worsted by Patons North America in White
CC: Wool of the Andes Worsted Weight by Knit Picks in Chocolate
on US 5 (3.75mm) needles and measures 5 1⁄4” tall, 6” diameter, and 13” wingspan
