Iluka

I originally meant to publish Iluka alongside the Haida Sweater over 2 years ago. For some reason, I tend to procrastinate on publishing smaller knits sometimes… over years.

Iluka is part of the Feral Seas Collection

Iluka is highly customizable, as it can be knitted in
several different variations: with or without little water bubbles, using only two colors or three, or even four colors.
You could even go as wild as knitting every water bubble in a different color if you like. If you prefer a simpler version, you can omit the horizon over the ocean and knit an even simpler version of the headband.

Several different Charts are included in this Pattern.

The height of the headband can be easily adjusted to your preference with the customization instructions provided.

Happy Knitting!!!

Sizes

Toddler, Child S, Child M, Child L, Adult S, Adult M, Adult L

Remember these are just names so look at the measurements for the right size!

Measurements
Basic Height of Headband is 3.86 inches / 9.8 cm high. It can be knitted higher if prefered.
The total circumference of the headband is approximately:

18 inches / 45 cm
18.5 inches / 47 cm
20.1 inches / 51 cm
21.3 inches / 54 cm
22.4 inches / 57 cm
23.6 inches / 60 cm
24.8 inches / 63 cm
The headband can be stretched about 1 inch / 2.5 cm to fit a larger head. Knit the size which is closest to your head circumference.

Yarn-Lettlopi or any
Worsted Weight Yarn

In this sample I used Lettlopi and the following colors:
Brick 9431
White 0051
Barley 1419
Light Grey 0056

You will need approximately 1 skein (50g - 109 yards) in total for this headband. Mostly, not much is needed of one color; therefore, it is a perfect leftover project.
