Iris is a Bulmer’s fruit bat.
She lives in New Guinea, in the Luplupwintem cave. There are very few of her species, so they all know each other.
Since it is very humid in the cave, she always has a scarf on, she has them in all the colors of the rainbow.
Iris has always been curious about elixirs and chemical formulas. She has even built herself a laboratory in which to do tests, with the help of her friend Moho.
Her favorite food is figs. One day, when she was picking figs for dinner, she found some curious flowers that changed color depending on how you looked at them. Their leaves were velvety and caught the light in a way she had never seen before.
She carefully picked one and took it back to the cave. She wanted to try an experiment in her lab.
She spent a whole week trying out different formulas until she made the ultimate discovery! The color-changing compound.
She tried it on herself and … Well, it instantly changed color!
Of course, the colors are random, she never knows what color she will wake up with. Red, blue, pink, white, black, …
Color has brought a lot of joy to her life, and since then she has not stopped researching and getting very curious formulas. Whether they are useful or not… I’m not the one to say!
If one day you see a colorful bat with a scarf, I’m sure it’s Iris. Say hello to her, she loves meeting new people and I’m sure she has lots of stories to tell you.
