Meet Isaac!

Isaac has vitiligo, causing his skin to have what he fondly refers to as “spots.” This makes him feel very close with animals, not so much the furry kind, but rather those that have a skin he can see. Reptiles who have uneven or changing skin make him so happy. He often imagines that his spots and skin change as he plays, and help him to camouflage!

This sweet little doll pattern is made for creative play! The hood can be taken off, or placed back on. He comes with the written pattern for making the doll, over 15 process pictures to help along the way, and a FREE bonus pattern to make the doll his very own sleeping bag. The vitiligo spot over his eye is included in the pattern, but is optional!

Made with DK Cotton yarn, and a 2.25mm hook, Isaac is only about 6 inches tall, but you can easily make him bigger by using worsted weight yarn, and a larger hook. Just be sure to add some width and length to the sleeping bag as well, with the bulky weight yarn!
