Ivy Bonnet
by kiqa.crochet
The Ivy Bonnet is a cute and warm way to keep you warm during winter <3 You can close it with either a tie, or a scarf for extra warmth.
The pattern is suitable for advanced beginners (or confident beginners), and is quick and easy to make.
It is mostly worked in Dc, except for the ribbed edging that uses Sc back loop only (if you know crochet basic stitches you’ll be good!).
The pattern includes graphs and measurements to guide you step by step.
It is one size fits most (for adults).
Gauge: 14dc x 8 rows = 10cm x 10cm
You will need:
- A 5mm crochet hook (or any that fits the gauge).
- DK or worsted weight yarn (or any that fits the gauge), between 150m and 300m.
- Measuring tape, stitch markers and yarn needle.
Skills:
- Double crochet
- Single crochet back loop only
- Very basic sewing
