Jääpuikot
Jääpuikot, named after the Finnish word for icicles, draws inspiration from winter’s geometric beauty. Bold diamonds and zigzag motifs flow across the yoke in contrasting colours, creating a striking yet timeless colourwork pattern. Worked from the top down, the pullover combines the rhythmic enjoyment of stranded knitting with a comfortable, everyday fit.

NOTES
This top-down pullover begins with a folded neckband worked to create a double-layer fabric. German Short Rows shape the back neckline before transitioning into the circular yoke. The seamless colourwork yoke features classic Nordic diamonds and zigzag motifs worked in two colours (MC1+MC2 and CC1+CC2), with increase intervals integrated throughout. After separating at the underarms, the body and sleeves are worked separately in St St, both knit in the round to the 1 x 1 Rib edges and finished with a neat Tubular BO.
