Who can resist this parade of equal sized giraffes with swishy tails marching across the top and bottom of the blanket! This blanket is a smaller blanket; only 31”x29”, but soft as a lamb’s wool. Should you wish to have a more traditional sized blanket, you can add rows to the center section to create the length you want. The tails are braided lengths of yarn, knotted at the ends, slipped through the blanket, and FIRMLY sewn to the blanket after the knitting is completed. As knitted, it takes 2 1/2 skeins of yarn.

LittlePiggyPatterns.com has additional baby blanket patterns for ducks, pigs, tractors, fish, and boats.
