Für die Anleitung “Jane Austen Türkranz” habe ich mich von der herrlichen weihnachtlichen Dekoration, sowie dem Festessen aus der Verfilmung des Jane Austen Romans „Emma“ (2020) inspirieren lassen.
Der “Jane Austen Türkranz” ist einfach und schnell zu stricken. Es gibt 3 Varianten, die alle in dieser Anleitung enthalten sind. Als Füllung dient ein fertiger Styroporkranz, du kannst aber auch einen Strohkranz verwenden. Zuletzt wird die Schmuckkordel mit den Quasten hergestellt und um den Kranz gebunden.
Schwierigkeitsgrad: Für fortgeschrittene Stricker, die mit dem Stricken in Runden vertraut sind.
Fertige Abmessungen: Der Kranz hat einen Durchmesser von ca. 27 bis 29cm.
Die Anleitung ist sehr ausführlich geschrieben und mit vielen Fotos versehen. Wissenswertes, rund um den Kranz und seine Bedeutung, stimmen dich auf deinen “Jane Austen Türkranz” ein.

For the “Jane Austen Wreath” pattern, I was inspired by the magnificent Christmas decorations and the festive meal from the film adaptation of Jane Austen’s novel “Emma” (2020).
The “Jane Austen Wreath” is quick and easy to knit. There are 3 variations, all included in this pattern. A ready-made polystyrene wreath is used as the base, but you can also use a straw wreath. Finally, the decorative cord with tassels is made and tied around the wreath.
Skill Level: For advanced knitters who are familiar with knitting in the round.
Finished Measurements: The wreath has a diameter of approximately 10.6 to 11.4 inches.
The pattern are very detailed written and include many photos. Interesting facts about wreaths and their significance will get you in the mood for knitting your “Jane Austen Wreath.”
