Janes kleiner Arbeitstisch, den du auch heute noch im Museum “Jane Austen’s House” bewundern kannst, hat mich zu dieser Anleitung inspiriert.
„Jane Austens Schreibzeug“ ist als Lesezeichen erdacht, kann aber auch als Dekoration genutzt werden. Die Einzelteile, ohne Tisch kannst du auch verwenden, um damit „Jane Austen Türkranz“ zu schmücken. Diese Anleitung findest du ebenfalls in meinem Shop.
Die Gegenstände, die auf ihrem Arbeitstisch Platz finden, werden einzeln gestrickt und anschließend auf die Tischplatte aufgenäht. Das Lesezeichenbändchen wird direkt an die Tischplatte angestrickt. Da du nur kleine Mengen Garn benötigst, kannst du auch Garnreste verwenden.
Schwierigkeitsgrad: Für fortgeschrittene Stricker, wegen der kleinen Größe der Strickstücke.
Fertige Abmessungen: Federkiel: ca. 4cm lang, Tintenfass: ca. 1,3 cm bzw. 2 cm hoch, Buch: ca. 2,7 cm x 1,7 cm, Janes Schreibtisch hat einen Durchmesser von ca. 7 cm.
Die Anleitung ist sehr ausführlich geschrieben und mit Fotoskurs, sowie vielen Fotos versehen. Wissenswertes, rund um Janes Arbeitstisch und zu ihren Schreibutensilien, stimmten dich auf dein Lesezeichen ein.

Jane’s little work table, which you can still admire today in the Jane Austen’s House museum, inspired this pattern.
Jane Austen’s Writing Table is designed as a bookmark but can also be used as decoration. The individual pieces, without the table, can also be used to decorate “Jane Austen Wreath.” You can find this pattern in my shop as well. The items that will be on her work table are knitted individually and then sewn onto the tabletop. The bookmark ribbon is knitted directly on the tabletop. Since you only need small amounts of yarn, you can also use leftovers.
Skill Level: Suitable for advanced knitters, due to the small size of the knitted pieces.
Finished Measurements:Quill pen: approx. 1.6inch/4cm long,
inkwell: approx. 0.5inch/1.3cm or 0.8inch/2cm high, book: approx. 1.1inch/2.7cm x 0.7inch/1.7cm, Jane’s desk has a diameter of approx. 2.8inches/7cm.
