Jenkins Arcade Hat was the very first thing I ever designed. I conceptualized it years ago but never found the perfect yarn to really highlight the twisted stitch texture. Over the years I’ve knit countless samples while on my quest. Enter Elmer Tweed. It’s rustic, yet incredibly soft, and has all these textured tweed bits which make it an ideal yarn for texture work. Jenkins Arcade Hat is knit bottom up and features a twisted ribbing along with twisted stitches. This is my “wear with everything” hat. Your biggest decision will be whether or not you add a faux fur pom pom!
