This is the pattern for the non-disney inspired version of the crocheted and hand sewn insulated skillet handle cover! Like the Eeyore pattern, this uses less than half of a yard of the fabric “Insul-Bright” (by The Warm Company). This is an easily completed project, and can be done in one evening! You will need beginner hand sewing skills to complete the first part of the pattern, and may use a sewing machine if desired. The pattern (except for one or two of the final rounds), is worked in seamless continuous rounds. This is a one skein wonder project, and one may actually get at least three or four skillet handle covers from your I Love This Cotton! yarn. Any other color is usable for this pattern, and you may even play around with other brands of category 4 Cotton yarns! Just adjust the hook size to achieve the correct gauge. I hope you enjoy this pattern, please let me know if you have any questions about the steps!

Fun Fact: this pattern is name the “Jennet” skillet handle cover, because it is the sister pattern to my Eeyore Inspired skillet handle cover. The term Jennet, literally means a female donkey!
