DESCRIPTION

The Jordan Pullover is worked top-down, seamlessly and in the round. It features an all-over seed stitch texture and rolled edge detailing. The neckline is shaped using Japanese short rows and the front, back and shoulders are created using raglan increases. The sleeves and body are then separated and finished in the round. This sweater is designed to have a slightly boxy fit. If you would like different fit than suggested, please size up or down accordingly.

CHOOSING A SIZE

XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL correspond to the following bust measurements:

Centimetres: 71–76 (81–86) 91.5–96.5 (101.5–106.5) 111.5–117 (122-127) 132-137 (142-147) 152-157

Inches: 28–30 (32–34) 36–38 (40–42) 44–46 (48-50) 52-54 (56-58) 60-62

The pullover is designed to fit with 10-20 cm (4-8”) of positive ease around the bust. I recommend selecting the size that corresponds best with your bust circumference in order to achieve best fit.

If your shoulders and upper bust measurements are significantly narrower than your full bust measurement (the circumference of your bust at the fullest point), I recommend selecting a size that corresponds with your upper bust measurement and adding additional underarm stitches (followed by a few optional decrease rounds) to accommodate your full bust circumference.

If you would like to incorporate additional underarm stitches, use your gauge to calculate the exact number of stitches you will need to fit your actual bust circumference plus the recommended amount of positive ease.

NOTE: This may mean that your stitch count following the underarm section is not the same as the number listed in the pattern. If this is the case, you can incorporate optional decreases in the rows immediately following the first row of knitting in the round in order to adjust your stitch count back to the pattern size you’re knitting. Instructions for this will be detailed in the ‘BODY’ section.
