Ju Roku is the sixteenth day of the 2017 Advent calendar: twenty-four patterns, one a day, to learn to count in Chinese.

It is written 十六: the cross of ten, then six, a dot, a stroke, and beneath them two strokes that spread apart.

This cowl is knitted flat in cabled rib: between two purl stitches, four stitches cross two by two, one pair to the left, the next pair to the right, every fourth row. Its two sides close with a buttoned band. It is knitted in (Vi)Laines “Tordue Aran”.

Il s’écrit 十六 : la croix du dix, puis le six, un point, un trait, et dessous deux traits qui s’écartent.

Ce col se tricote à plat, en côtes torsadées : entre deux mailles envers, quatre mailles se croisent deux par deux, une paire vers la gauche, sa voisine vers la droite, un rang sur quatre. Ses deux côtés se ferment par une bande boutonnée. Il se tricote en (Vi)Laines « Tordue Aran ».
