In July 2016 the NASA spacecraft Juno arrived at Jupiter. One of its tasks will be to look beneath the cloud layers of Jupiter to learn more about the structure and history of the giant planet. This may also help us understand the evolution of the universe. Juno is an apt name for the spacecraft because in Roman mythology, Jupiter surrounded himself with clouds to hide his activities from his wife Juno. However she was able to look through the clouds and discover Jupiter’s secrets.

Juno Through the Clouds features a main design with a 2x2 ribbed foundation. The pattern in the cuff is repeated in the flap heel, finishes the instep and continues through the toe.
