Karoline is a soft, cozy cardigan knitted top-down in Handdyed Fat Mohair. It features a beautiful wide double-knit front edge with a delicate glitter-yarn rouleau. The cardigan can be knitted either with long sleeves finished with a ribbed cuff, or with three-quarter sleeves finished with a picot edge.

The cardigan is worked back and forth with raglan increases and increases to shape the neckline. Once all increases are complete, the work is divided into body and sleeves. The stitches for the sleeves are placed on a stitch holder, and the front and back pieces are joined while casting on stitches for the armholes. After that, the body is knit in one piece and finished with a ribbed edge at the bottom. The sleeves are worked in the round with decreases along the underside. Finally, stitches are picked up along the front edges and neckline, and a rouleau is knitted first, followed by a double-knit front band.
