Nina Blouse is a lovely summer blouse knitted in Handdyed Bourette Silk, featuring a delicate and very easy stitch pattern. The blouse has short sleeves and a boxy fit.

The blouse is worked top down and features a lovely pattern with vertical “stripes”.

First, the back, including the sleeves, is worked. The shoulders are shaped with short rows, and when the sleeve depth has been reached, the sleeve stitches are bound off, leaving only the body stitches. The back is finished with a twisted-rib hem. Stitches are then picked up along the shoulders, and each shoulder is worked with short rows and neck increases. The shoulders are joined to form the front, which is then worked in the same manner as the back. Finally, the side seams are sewn together. A narrow neck edging is worked by picking up stitches around the neckline and immediately binding them off again.
