The hat is working holding two strands of yarn together. It very quick and easy project. Instructions are also given for a simple crochet flower. For marble effect use one strand in one color and the other one in complimentary or contrast color. It is a great hat for a boy or a girl, just omit the flower.

It can be worked in any worsted weight yarn. Stitch gauge is more important than row gauge. Instructions are given for making the hat longer if row gauge is off.

Sizes:
Baby (6-12 month), Toddler (12-24 month), Child (3-10 years), Teen/small adult, Adult.
Head circumference: 15-16 (17-18, 19-20, 21-22, 23-24) inches.
Finishing Measurements:
Hat Circumference: 14¾ (16, 18, 20, 22) inches (1-2 inches of negative ease).
Length without brim: 5¾ (7, 7¾, 8¼, 8¾) inches.

Skills required: changing color, working in the round.
