The Kette sweater is a simple top-down knit with a decorative pattern on the collar and cuffs. It was designed for Pascuali’s Camel DK yarn, Germany. “Kette” means necklace or bracelet in German. This sweater dresses up everyday clothes in a subtle way. After the collar is worked in the round, the neckline is shaped with short rows, and the yoke is knit in the round to under the sleeves, then the body and sleeves are separated, with the body knit in the round to the hem. Each sleeve is then knit in the round and tapered toward the cuff.
