0-3 months - 16.5 inches/42 cm
3-6 months - 18 inches/46 cm
6-12 months - 20 inches/50 cm
12-24 months - 21.5 inches/54 cm

Gauge swatch (blocked):
22 stitches x 40 rows in garter stitch on U.S. 6 (4 mm) needles = 4x4 inches/10x10 cm

Suggested needles:
U.S. 6 (4 mm) straight or circular knitting needles (or the necessary needle size to obtain gauge)

Suggested yarn:
DK (11 wpi) weight yarn (Cotton 51%, Manufactured Fibers 49%; 100g (3.5Oz) = 232 yards (212 m): 50 (60) 70 (80) g. Lion Brand Coboo used.
