This is a whimsical, customizable, and colorful blanket designed to make your color-loving heart sing! It consists of a melange of color work motifs, knitted with two colors at a time. Using the technique of stranded knitting, work motifs from all around the world. The patterns are stimulating and the color possibilities endless and meant to express your own personal style!

Amount of yarn depends upon size chosen. You can choose any yarn that you love and that is available in a wide range of choices (for fun!), although the yardage and gauge is calculated using the Blue Sky Worsted Cotton.

Finished size of the blanket will also depend upon the type of yarn chosen and the needle size that matches the yarn you choose. Because each design has a repeat using a specific stitch count, you can accommodate a thicker or thinner yarn by decreasing or increasing the number of repeats across the rows to get to your desired width.

The baby blanket size (28 x 32 inches) uses all 17 charted patterns. For the larger throw, at gauge using the Blue Sky Worsted Cotton, approximate width is 54”; work until desired length is achieved.
