Knit in strips, this blanket is ridiculously fun to work! You will never get bored with the variety of patterns and color work.

Leo’s Fun Blanket was designed for my newest cousin using three colors in Blue Sky Worsted Cotton. The two main colors are in high contrast to one another, and the third provides that “pop.”

The strips are put together using an i cord connection, which is a bit textural as well as eye-pleasing. The brown border can be knit at the same time as the strips, or added afterwards. Orange i cord border is the final touch.

Yarn requirements:
Color A (Cream in Blanket): 6-7 skeins
Color B (Brown): 7-8 skeins
Color c (Orange): 3 skeins
