Description from book: Kilims and old woven textiles are a wonderful source of inspriation for intarsia knitting. Kilims in particular have large, geometric motifs that translate well and the color combinations can be very beautiful. There are no floats to be accidentally pulled and the pattern is presentable on both sides, making it perfect for knitting a patterned throw.
