There are links to multiple different applique options you can use for your holders on the blog page. I typically use appliques between 1”-2” in width. That’s just my personal preference but may give you an idea of what to work with.

Kitchen towel holders not only keep your kitchen towels off the floor, they also add character to your kitchen, match your kitchen themes, and are great decoration pieces for the seasonal holidays. This pattern uses very little yarn so it is a great scrap buster!
