Last week I shared a free pattern for an amigurumi kitten and this week it is a free pattern for a kitten baby lovey.

I think I mentioned, that my sister is having a baby this month!

This soft and cuddly baby blankie pattern can be crocheted with your favorite Medium Weight Yarn 4 and a 5.5 mm (I) hook. The amigurumi kitten is crocheted with a 3.75 mm (F) hook.

If you are giving this to a baby, toddler or small child you may wish to substitute the safety eyes with hand sewn eyes instead. Safety should always come first!

I wanted to have a second kitten item to give my sister because Zoey (her next youngest child) is 5 this year and I’m pretty sure either of these kitten items will be confiscated by baby’s big sis!
