A row of kitty-cat heads encircles your ankles between sections of knitted gingham checks. These alpaca socks are warm enough for outdoor wear, but better for pampering your toes while reading in bed.

Pattern requires 2 balls of main color, 1 ball of one contrasting color, and 1 ball of another contrasting color.

Note: Small pattern error: It tells you to work chart B without telling you that you have to turn it upside down or else your kitties will be dancing around your ankle on their ears! If you want your socks to look like the picture, turn chart B upside down before you knit it.
