Put that phone away and take out your knitting needles, you’ll be glad you did!

This pattern is for a 4”x6” device storage pouch, but can easily be adjusted to fit any size machine. Get creative and use this as an opportunity to swatch, then seam your rectangle and tuck away your biggest distraction (phone, tablet, remote controls- any and all pesky electronics).

I’m offering this pattern for free in the hopes that it will inspire knitters to teach their craft to the screen-addicted folks in their lives, or use it as a jumping off point for conversation and camaraderie, engaging with one another instead of with a device.

Use any partial balls of yarn you have, or swatch for a future project!
