Ever since I got into knitting, I’ve wanted to knit… pretty much everything!
So I tried crocheting an Airpod case, but the fabric was too thick for my liking… (Plus, I enjoy knitting far more!)
Thus, a bit of sock yarn and a dash of knitting magic, and these teeny cases were born!
There is a video for the neat charging port--I hope you find it enjoyable! :)

Techniques Used:

  • Judy’s Magic Cast-On
  • Magic Loop Knitting

Optional materials to help:

  • <2.0mm crochet hook
  • Row markers
  • Needle to weave in ends

Other details:
Airpod cases that are knit or crocheted usually require the use of adhesives such as glue or double-sided tape due to the slippery character of the fabric. Because this pattern is calculated to fit the Airpod perfectly, I don’t find that I need adhesives when being gentle with it. But if one day, I were to handle it even a bit roughly or toss it in a bag, I may risk losing the lid portion, and would definitely use adhesives!
