If your EOS lip balms keep vanishing into the bottom of your bag, this little knit keychain holder is for you. Clip it to your keys or purse and your balm is right there when you need it.

It’s a quick, fun project that only takes a small amount of yarn, so it’s a great scrap buster and a sweet little gift.

✨ What makes it work

• Quick to knit. About 26 yards total, so it works up fast.
• Scrap friendly. Only a small amount of each color.
• Easy to dress up. Add buttons or embellishments to make it yours.

✂️ What you’ll need

• Yarn: Simply Soft, Caron (worsted), approx. 26 yds total. Colors shown: Soft Pink, Red, White.
• Needles: 3.5mm (US 4) DPNs or a long circular for Magic Loop, plus 3.25mm (US 3) DPNs
• Tools: Removable Stitch Marker · Yarn Needle
• To finish like the samples: Buttons or embellishments

⭐ Good to know

• Size: One size, fits an EOS lip balm
• Skill level: Easy
• Gauge: 24 sts and 32 rows = 4” x 4” with 3.5mm needles · gauge help
• Yarn note: Simply Soft can work up at a smaller gauge. With other yarns, the pattern recommends leaving out round 12 for better sizing.
