I used the stitch pattern and created this dishcloth from a stitch pattern I found in the book called “Knit Stitch Guide” by Rita Weiss on page 11 published by Leisure Arts.

The size of the dishcloth in my sample was 7 inches but this would change by using a different needle size and how tight or loose you knit.

This dishcloth works up well in either a solid color or variegated and color is not an issue.

Stitches use are knit, purl, knit two together and knit into the front and back of the same stitch.
