A stranded colourwork cowl, perfect for anyone of any gender.

Gauge: 26 stitches by 29 rows in stranded colourwork. Gauge is not ciritical to fit, but knitting at a larger gauge may result in one skein of the main colour not being enough.

You will need two skeins of Malabrigo Rios in contrasting colours, size 6 & 7 needles (4mm & 4.5mm), darning/tapestery needle, stitch marker & scissors.

Knit on 60cm (24”) circulars. Can also be knit on DPN’s, two circulars or magic loop.

Not recommended to those new to stranded colourwork, due to some long floats. Longer floats can, of course, be trapped, or left as is - this is up to the knitter and their preference.
