Kometjakten Kippah
The Kometjakten Kippah is a crocheted kippah or a kippah srugah inspired by the book Comet in Moominland by Tove Jansson. The name means the Comet Hunt and is the original titel of the book in Swedish.
Yarn suggestion is DMC coton perlé (pearl cotton) no 8 and the colours used are Buttered popcorn (445), Banana yellow (743), Orange papaya (740), Japanese red (817), Cobalt blue (798), Shaded green (319) & Blueberry blue (823).
It’s worked in tapestry crochet as a continuous spiral in the round with a size 1.25 mm crochet hook.
The pattern charts come in a left-handed version and a right-handed version for easier readability. I’m a left-handed crocheter so my pictures can appear mirrored if you are a right-handed crocheter.
