without short rows, wedge increase rises are evenly distributed to and after knitting the heel.
Use any classic plain or monochrome melange sock/fingering yarn, 420 m/100 g (210 m/50 gr). You will need 3 colors of yarn: 25-35 gr. main colors, 25-35 gr. contrasting yarn, 25-30 gr. for toe, heel and cuff.
Needles: a set of 2.5 mm DPN and 2.5 mm circular needles for casting on stitches using the Judy method; or use only 2.5 mm circular needles (80 cm) to magic loop knitting. The size of the needles can vary from 2.0 mm to 2.75 mm depending on the knitting gauge and the desired size of socks. Measuring tape, markers (optional), tapestry needle, blockers.
