Size 1 – 33-35 (21-22.5 cm);

Size 6 – 42-43 (27-28 cm).

Slippers are knitted from the toe to the heel without tearing off the thread, the finishing of the edge is done separately using a chain stitch, from which the loops of the strap are raised and connected on the wrong side to the seam using a tapestry needle.

There are 4 options offered here (the design and finish are the same):

1. A universal option (recommended for beginners) - made with stockinette stitch using one color thread without ornaments, you can knit the toe and placket with an additional color;
2. A simple lace pattern on the top of the foot, knit with a thread of one color or use an additional/accent color for finishing;
3. The combined option is perfect for the first experience in colorwork knitting: stockinette stitch and several rows of a small repeat pattern, which is made with two threads of different colors, the placket is with a thread in the color of the pattern; many options for experimenting with color combinations;
4. Slippers are entirely made of colorwork/jacquard; The strip is decorated in one of the colors. Here you can also choose one of two options: use one pattern or different patterns on the upper and lower parts of the foot (charts are given for each option).

Use any classic uni colored sock yarn (light fingering), yardage 420 m/100 g (210 m/50 g).
Total yarn weight: approx. 50 gr.
(For colorwork - 20-45 gr. main color (color A) + 20-40 gr. additional color (color B); for stockinette stitch - 30-60 gr. primary color threads)
