Kumo Bag
Kumo Bag is light as a cloud and the soft yarn, gives it a fluffy and delicate look. The pattern gives the option to switch the strap, and personalize it to your style.
Introduction to the pattern
First, the bottom is knit in double knitting. Then stitches are picked up along the edge, and the body of the bag is knit with increases, decreases and short rows which shape the bag. Finally, the strap is knit.
Measurements
Length: 25 cm 9.8 inches.
Height: 15 cm 6 inches.
Gauge
17 stitches x 22 rows = 10 x 10 cm 4 x 4 inches in stockinette stitch on 5 mm US 8 needles.
Recommended needle size
Circular needle 5 mm US 8, 60 or 100 cm.
Needle 3,5 mm US 4.
Materials
35 g Puno by Gepard Garn (50 g = 110 m 120 yards) knit single stranded held together with 20 g Kid Seta by Gepard Garn (25 g = 210 m 230 yards) knit double stranded.
The Kumo Bag is knit in Puno 710 by Gepard Garn and Kid Seta 1012 by Gepard Garn.
