Kurzeme, Perkone, p 340
This ethnographic mitten from the Southern Kurzeme Region of Perkone uses six colors. The cuff begins with a series of half braids and purl rows that are followed by a band knit with one, two and three colors at a time. The upper mitten uses three and four colors contemporaneously.
Perkone is located just south of Liepaja, Latvia near the Baltic Sea.
Changes in needle size or yarn may result in variations in size.
