Kylix Top is a French-sleeve ribbed top worked from the top down, featuring a neckline inspired by a kylix (an ancient Greek wine cup) and a ribbon detail.

The ribbed fabric follows the body and allows the yarn texture to shine through. Linen creates a more structured, blouse-like look, while softer fibers such as cotton or silk produce more drape and a closer fit.
It can also be worn with the ribbon at the back for a different look.

The back begins with the shoulders worked separately and joined at the back neck with a backward loop cast-on. Stitches are then picked up for the front, shaping the neckline and armholes as the work progresses. The body is joined in the round and worked to the desired length.

Kylix Top is designed to be worn with approx. 8-15 cm / 3-6” of negative ease.
The sizes are based on a widest bust circumference of approx. 75-80 (80-85, 85-90, 90-95) (95-100, 100-105, 105-110, 110-115) cm / 29.5-31.5 (31.5-33.5, 33.5-35.5, 35.5-37.5) (37.5-39.25, 39.25-41.25, 41.25-43.25, 43.25-45.25)“.

Measure yourself before beginning to ensure you choose the correct size.
For a fitted look, choose a size with 8-10 cm / 3-4” of negative ease.
For a closer fit, choose a size with 12-15 cm / 5-6” of negative ease.

The model is 160 cm / 5’3” tall and wears Size 1 (Brown) with 17.5 cm / 7” of negative ease, and Size 3 (White) with 8 cm / 3” of negative ease.

Kylix Top（キュリクストップ）は、トップダウンで編むフレンチスリーブのリブトップスです。
古代ギリシアの器「kylix」を思わせる胸元のラインとリボンが特徴です。

麻糸では立体感のあるブラウスのような印象に、綿やシルクなど柔らかい糸ではドレープが生まれ、より身体に沿う仕上がりになります。
リボンを後ろにして着用することもできます。

後ろ身頃は左右それぞれの肩から編み始め、巻き増し目でつなげます。前身頃は後ろ肩から目を拾い、襟ぐりと袖ぐりを形成しながら編み進めます。前後の身頃をつなげて輪にし、好みの長さまで編みます。

Kylix Top は、マイナス8〜15 cmのゆとりで着用することを想定しています。
バスト寸法 約75〜80 (80〜85, 85〜90, 90〜95) (95〜100, 100〜105, 105〜110, 110〜115) cmを基準として、ご自身の胸囲から適切なサイズをお選びください。

体に沿うシルエットで着用する場合は、−8〜10cmのゆとりになるサイズをおすすめします。
