This large oval rug made from cord. Uses basic crochet stitches and size (9-10 mm) crochet hook. You will need to know how to crochet in the round to finish this project. Pattern includes detailed video instructions on Russian (subtitles in English), a materials list and notes and tips to help you finish your project. Skill level = advanced beginner - intermediate.

These crocheting skills will be needed to make this pattern: chain, single crochet, increasing, slip stitch, back and front post stitches, double crochet.

Size of the finished item - 46 1/2 х 72 1/2 in ( 1.2 m x 1.85 m )

Recommended materials and tools:

  • polyester cord with core 5mm - 1600m (5300 ft)
  • crochet hook 10mm (№15 / 000)
