The Ladder and Cable Top is knitted using super comfy, lightweight Ice Yarns Rock Star DK. The perfect top for layering over dresses or for wearing on its own with trousers or skirts. It has a loose- fitting body, boat neck and dropped ¾ length sleeves. The hem and sleeves are finished with the same rolled edge as the neckline. It is worked seamlessly top down, starting at the neckline and increasing at shoulder seams. The big advantage of working top down is that you can easily adjust the length of the sleeves and body.
SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate.
MATERIALS REQUIRED
6 x 50 g balls (870m or 952 yds) using Ice yarns Rock Star DK 53025 colour yarn.

1 Tapestry needle.
4 Stitch Markers.
Scrap yarn or 1 st holder to hold back part sts, while you work on front part after division.

ACTUAL MEASUREMENTS:
One size: M - L.
Top length (from top of the shoulders)- 49 cm /19 ¼ ins.
Top flat width (just below armhole)- 65 cm / 25 ½ ins.
Shoulder length 26 cm / 10 ¼ ins.
Sleeve length (from top of shoulders)- 24 cm / 9 ½ ins.
GAUGE (Tension): 18 sts and 26 rows = 10 cm (4 ins), measured over stockinette st pattern (garment being washed), using 5.00 mm (US 8) needle or size required to give correct tension. It’s very important to check your gauge (tension) before starting as working to the wrong tension will mean your garment won’t be size shown.
