“Take me home to Lallybroch….” ~ Claire Fraser

A lovely, rustic-look triangle shawl, with eyelets, and a ruffle at the bottom. Perfect for cuddling up in front of the fire on a cold evening at Lallybroch.

Skill level: advanced beginner - intermediate

SUPPLIES:

• 3-4 skeins of any DK or Light Worsted wool (or wool blend) yarn in a rustic color way, i.e., Madelintosh ToshDK, DK Twist, or Malabrigo Rios, Approximately 750 yards of any DK or light worsted weight yarn.

• 1 US size 8 or 9 circular needle (I recommend using 40” circular cable) or size necessary to obtain gauge. (Gauge is not overly critical with this pattern).

• Stitch Markers to mark center spine

• 1 Large eye tapestry needle

GAUGE : 4 sts = 1” in stockinette

Sizing: This shawl, if knit as specified, is a one size fits most. If you are larger (plus sized) or smaller (petite) you may want to adjust the stitches up or down. I will mark the area of the pattern where you can adjust stitches to alter the size of the shawl.
