Bert’s Back Story for the Earth Star Baby Snuggler Blanket:
I began my search for yarns that would reflect some of the bright, crisp, clear colours we are surrounded by, throughout each and every season…(I’ve added some photos taken Chez Nous)… and I discovered Lion Brand Yarns Cupcake a soft, high quality and easily worked yarn, with great stitch definition.. I also indulged my love of dragonflies - Nature’s representation of Transformation - and so I created this ‘Land, Sea Sky Dragonfly’ - 12 Star Baby Snuggler Blanket, which I hope you will gift to yourself, or someone you love!

Photos of the techniques used for the special stitches are included for ease of reference, together with clearly written instructions. A uniquely beautiful blanket can be created in a relatively short time, and would make a perfect ‘Handmade With Love’ gift for both young and old! This pattern would work with any weight of wool, and gauge is not important.
