Languedoc Socks
The pattern for these Languedoc Socks was created during our holiday in (you guessed it) the beautiful Languedoc region in France. I needed a new “on-the-go” sock, but wanted to add just a little extra. That became the cuff in coffee bean stitch and a repeating row of purl stitches which, in all its simplicity, creates a wonderfully fun effect when worn. The pattern works especially well with variegated or softly self-striping sock yarns, combined with solid colours for the cuff, heel, and toe.The instructions in this pattern booklet are combined under one heading and marked with colors: (Dutch), (English), and (German). Because the instructions for knitting the heel and toe are a bit more extensive, I’ve created separate pages for each language there. It’s all very straightforward. In addition, the pattern includes print instructions per language. I wish you lots of knitting fun!

For DPNs, Magic Loop and short circulars
This cuff down sock pattern with heel flap and gusset is easy to knit, also for beginning sock knitters. It is suitable for knitting with DPNs, magic loop and short circulars. The instructions for these different type of needles are clearly indicated in the text.
