This shawl was designed for Project Legacy Shawls and NoSo Knit’s annual charity event.

It is a combination of Stockinette Stitch and lace. It is worked from the bottom up.

It is designed to sit easily on the shoulders particularly for patients in palliative care or hospice and those people who use a wheelchair.

The front is generally long enough to cross the chest and can be held together with a shawl pin or other decorative style of pin.
