We made new stylish crochet baby hoodie cardigan jacket for Boys/Girls 12-24 months size. the pattern is so simple and easy you can easily to change the size as you want to make larger and smaller, we explain in details about the sizes 0-3 months /6-12 months more explain for adult sizes, explain patterns in my video tutorial below.. We add 3 different colors in this sweater you can chose any of other colors according to your taste. We used light DK weight wool #4 yarn with 4mm(G) crochet hook for the project.
