The Learn To Knit Mini Cowl is a helpful tool for teaching or learning knitting in the round. It works well for a 4 session class.

Being comfortable with Knit stitches and casting on is helpful when starting this project. If not, maybe start with someone else casting on for you so you can concentrate on stitch work.

This cowl will take you through basic stitches: knit, purl, increases and decreases.
